PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM


COME AS YOU ARE...


as you await baby's arrival...

PRENATAL YOGA

Each class you will:

  • move safely according to your stage in pregnancy
  • be guided through breathing techniques (pranayama)
  • be guided through meditations or visualizations that can help during pregnancy and can be used during labor for pain management.
  • connect with other pregnant parents in the area
  • have a trauma informed instructor that designs the class with trauma in mind

Bring a yoga mat and water (yoga mats are available for use if you don't have your own). Dress in comfy breathable clothes, 


Meet in-person Wednesdays, 6:30-7:45 pm


Class sizes are limited 6 maximum

POSTPARTUM YOGA

Each class you will:

  • yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), core work, commune with other mothers and babies in your area
  • bring your baby up to 4 months 
  • all things postpartum are normalized: spitup, messy hair, bags under eyes, feeding baby, changing baby, speaking/teaching over baby cries. just come :) 


Benefits for postpartum include: 

  • provides a safe, effective, nonimpact exercise activity -heightened body awareness
  • enhances body control
  • teaches correct muscle activation
  • posture and alignment facilitates optimal function of the internal organs
  • improved respiratory functioning
  • builds stability in an unstable, transforming body
  • rebuilds the core from the deepest levels after birth.
  • reinforces MIND/BODY connection

Not pregnant? Or postpartum? No problem!

Luca’s class is for everyone!

Men, women outside of their birthing year, or postpartum moms without their babies are all welcome.


Luca will help you find the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness during this incredibly peaceful and rejuvenating class

4TH TRIMESTER MOMS

8-week discussion class for moms in their postpartum window up until 4 months postpartum. Not required to attend all 8 but highly encouraged!


Each class will include a new topic of postpartum to reflect on and a mindfulness exercise for you to do at home.


Bring your baby and anything else you need. Coffee, tea, snacks, yoga mats, blankets provided.
