Newark Prenatal Massage & Yoga is proud to present a meditation experience like no other. On April 26th from 6:30-7:30 pm, you can join Jill Reed and violinist Bonnie Von Duyke, for a Candlelight Concert.
As Bonnie’s music relaxes you, Jill will guide you through a meditation that will ground and center you. Treat yourself to this incredible experience that only a few will get to experience.
You will be able to meet other mamas, be guided through a routine, and then have exercises to do on an app throughout the rest of the week before we meet again!
Janelle is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and she loves to help new mamas with ab separation, how to tell if an exercise is right for you, keep your pelvic floor healthy, reduce the mama pooch and most importantly feel better!
This is primarily geared towards postpartum moms 6 weeks-6 months.
